Welcome Gladiator – Your Preparation Instructions

This is the most important day of the challenge as today is the day you will acquire all your groceries for your 7 day challenge. It’s important that you have researched heavily into every opportunity that exists within your locality with acquisitions of staples that you can use to sustain you through this challenge.

Make sure you have thoroughly read through E-book “Your Gladiator $10 a week Challenge” to employ every usable strategy that you have available to accommodate your journey.

My best advice is to bargain hard with courage, personality and humility to get what you need, and build your spend around your preferred staple. Buy your chosen staple in as much bulk as possible, then find smaller add ons to flavour them with,

  • Staples include: Oats / Potatoes / Rice / Pasta / Bread / Maize etc.
  • Included extras to flavour staples: Fruit / Veg
  • Allowed free condiments: Cheap cooking oil / Salt / Pepper

To really add value to your experience I recommend that you get a bio scan / body composition test before, then again after the challenge is complete to effectively test and measure your physical results from the 7 day challenge.

  1. Once you have purchased all your foods, set them out on a clean table and examine each item for imperfections / fungus or rot and clean and prep each one.
  2. Create 7 bundles of food from the total produce you have then place them into 7 clean plastic bags.
  3. Write the day you will use each bundle on each bag and place them into a reliable freezer. ( do not use fridge )
  4. Prep the meals you need for Day 1 of the challenge today. Cook whatever you will need and place into good quality Tupperware and refrigerate for day 1 of the challenge. Freeze any fruit you will need for the coming day to keep it really fresh and cold. In the morning you can pull out whatever fruit you have planned for day 1 and let it thaw out to eat later on during the day.

Now you are set!

My advice is to have a celebratory meal tonight with whatever luxury you like! Enjoy the feast and relish the opportunity for the next 7 days whereby you will live like a Gladiator on a very simple no frills diet, combined with a tough workload.
