Today is the last day of your amazing journey! How will you finish it?
Will you do the minimum requirements that have been asked or will you go beyond?
Gladiators were known for their toughness and ability to shine whilst facing tough conditions and so can we!
I’d like to challenge you with not just completing the challenge but to excel by doing more……
HERE IS A FINAL CHALLENGE I WANT YOU TO CONSIDER FOR TODAY!
- Drink plenty of water…..
- Try to abstain from all food for the first 6 hours after rising…then start eating.
- Try to set new marks with your Hike….example 10km instead of 5km for the final day
- Complete a 90 minute full body workout instead of a 60 minute workout that pushes you
- Connect with family and friends for your final meal and share some of your remaining food with them and others around you so that everything is consumed.
