Charities

It is heartbreaking that homelessness and hunger is still around in the 21st Century. It shouldn’t be, but it is. Thanks to the selfless work of the thousands of compassionate people who give their time and support at charities in every country; many less fortunate people will receive help today.

We ask that you pledge the money you don’t normally spend on food during your 7 day challenge to one of these charities – or one that you would like to support. When you join the challenge, don’t forget to nominate the amount you will pledge and to which charity you will donate it too. Better still – send us a photo of yourself fronting up to the charity with cash in hand and we’ll feature it on our website and social media.
