Congratulations on making it to day 4!
Today I want you to concentrate on being “Present” and concentrate on living purely in the given moment!
Planning well the night before will give you a plan and time frame for each objective that you must meet today.
Keep to the plan and concentrate on each given moment. Try your best not to be distracted and deliver on all the goals you have set for today.
Pay particular attention to the way your body feels on every given task and embrace the uncomfortably of exercise knowing it pulls you out of your comfort zone allowing you to change and adapt to a new stimulus.
Your body is changing for the better…..embrace this concept, and enjoy the hardship you have chosen, because you are capable and you can.
Outline your fourth day experience to your family and friends on social media. Talk about any great experiences or teachings you have learnt, and also indicate any problems or issues you had to over come.
Importantly: Prep all your meals for Day 5 of the challenge with a concrete plan for the day ahead. Keep in mind that unforeseen problems and issues may occur the following day where by you may have to improvise and accommodate variations of your plan. So be flexible and do what works!
Set your goals for the day ahead and commit to it. Time frame how and when you will conduct the exercise protocols throughout the day so that it fits in with your normal daily activities and again allow for unforeseen or unexpected challenges. Make it work!
