Age Limit – You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge.

Promising you are in good health – On the day you join the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge you promise and agree that:

• You have consulted a doctor prior to commencing the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge and the doctor after completing a pre-exercise screening and health test has advised that you are in good health and fit and able to undertake and complete the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge fully knowing the potential for damage based on undertaking a 7-day survival challenge with a limited food plan coupled with a 2-hour daily training program that is directed by yourself.
• You are in good physical condition and understand that the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge is conducted over a maximum of 7 days and should never be taken on consecutive or back to back weeks. Participants should be fully recovered before repeating the Challenge. We strongly recommend that a minimum of an 8-week period/ break must have elapsed before re-starting or repeating the Challenge.
• You know of no medical or other reasons why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise and live on a modified diet based on a $10 spend for a strictly no longer than 7-day period.
• You understand that whilst taking up the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge if any physical, psychological or emotional distress, duress, illness, or unnatural pain occurs you agree to immediately stop the challenge and seek medical advice and supervision.

Promising you know how to exercise safely – You promise to ensure that you know how to exercise safely and use your best endeavours to exercise safely.

Meeting state laws – If you sign up for the Gladiator $10 week Challenge you will be agreeing that your rights to sue us are excluded, restricted or modified as set out in these terms and conditions. This applies if you are injured (including injury that results in death) because the services were not rendered with due care and skill or they were not reasonably fit for their purpose.

Wearing suitable clothes – All participants in the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge must wear suitable clothes and enclosed sports shoes when they complete the exercise component of the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge to avoid injury.

Our privacy policy – As we have access to your personal information when you apply for the Gladiator $10 a week Challenge, we will only use or disclose this information for promotional purposes after asking for and receiving your permission.
